I founded our agency in 2009 after five years with Community Health Plan, driven by a strong belief in the power of exceptional customer service. That belief continues to guide everything we do — and I’m proud to say it’s one of the main reasons our agency has grown and thrived over the years.
I earned my degree in Business Administration from Missouri Western and continue to stay current with industry changes through ongoing Continuing Education. While I remain dedicated to serving my existing clients, much of my focus today is on mentoring our newer agents — sharing the experience and insights I’ve gained to help them succeed and grow within the agency.
My husband Tim and I work closely together on the long-term planning and daily operations of the agency. We’re both deeply committed to supporting our clients and partners by making sure they have the right coverage — and that they truly understand their options.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, flower gardening, and traveling with Tim and our close friends.

I joined our agency in 2017 after retiring from a career in Information Technology. What started as helping customers with reviews and enrollments on my first day quickly evolved into a broader role. Today, I serve as the agency’s IT Director, as well as manage Payroll, Human Resources, Commissions, and Contracts.
While I consider myself “part-time retired,” I stay actively involved in supporting the agency’s operations and long-term goals. Outside of work, I enjoy maintaining our home and traveling with Debi and our close friends.

I began my career in the agency as a student assistant during high school and officially earned my insurance license in 2021. Since then, I’ve taken on a variety of responsibilities, including providing comprehensive support for new Medicare clients, managing ongoing service inquiries, and contributing to both the agency’s marketing efforts and long-term planning.
I enjoy being part of a team that values client relationships and continuous growth, and I’m proud to support our clients as they navigate their coverage options.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family at home and in our pool, and cooking meals using fresh ingredients from our garden
I have been working for my mom since January of 2021. I specialize in ACA Marketplace, Medicare and Group insurance. I have a fiancé, Michelle & a nine month old son, Cooper. In my free time I will relax with a book or go golfing.
I became a licensed health insurance agent in 2024, focusing on Medicare. I have a strong background in customer service lasting 20+ years, and take pride in helping clients understand options details about their healthcare coverage. I handle the processing of annual enrollment applications and manage changes in coverage throughout the year. I am known for my attention to detail and clear communication, I ensure applications and policy changes are handled efficiently and accurately for all plan-related updates. When I'm not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with her husband, and two boys. I am a avid pickleball player, and foodie who loves to try new foods and restaurants around town!
